Good traffic advice that can help not only coaches, but anybody with a website or blog. Just as location is so vital in offline, traffic is so vital online.

That's a nice overview of the most important free website traffic resources Paul.

Just want to add one: networking, using the social networking sites.
Once you're in there, instead of unthinkingly adding friends, pay a short visit to their site/blog they promote and then send them a nice, short message with compliments about it. 2 - 3 Lines are sufficient.
Bit of a hassle, but it absolutely delivers return traffic and maybe a new relation/friendship.
