Paul draws on extensive experience of Coaching and working as a Senior Manager in Operational Management roles as well as Learning and Development roles. He has also achieved consistent success with Internet Based Marketing.

As an Online Business Coach Paul is recognised for his ability to “think outside the box.” He has over 25 years of experience from a range of industries including starting a web based business and achieving success with internet based marketing.

Paul’s experience with clients shows that an approach which focuses on the use of his Coaching Skills which is sometimes referred to “content free coaching” enables him to coach in any area and help clients to achieve real and lasting change. Paul is also able to draw on his experience to offer mentoring where the client requires input on specific topics.

In addition to his formal Coaching training Paul has trained/qualified in Internet Marketing, Management, Training, Banking and Philosophy.

Paul was one of the pioneers in 2001 of techniques which have brought the power of Coaching and the awesome potential of the Internet together to create an incredible opportunity! Paul also trained with Coaching Futures one of the UK’s Leading Coaching Schools and is using the excellent training as he completes the Diploma in Coaching.
